Response times

As we are still a small team, we unfortunately cannot yet offer 24/7 support. Our current most active hours are between 10:00 (AM) and 17:00 (5 PM) Central European Time (CEST/CET). During these hours, you'll receive a response within 2 hours.

A few examples: you happen to be an early bird and open a support ticket at 6:00 (AM). Our active hours starts at 10:00 (AM) so that's when the clock starts ticking. You will receive a response between 10:00 (AM) and 12:00 (PM).

When you open a ticket at 16:00 (4 PM), you will either receive a response between 16:00 - 17:00 (4 PM - 5 PM), or the next day between 10:00 (AM) - 11:00 (AM).

Sometimes though, the time gods grant us some more spare time and you may receive a response outside of our active hours.
